Today, Safe Place International Youth Advocacy Network ends its three-day event on the Drug Abuse and Mental Health Community Awareness Campaign with a specific focus on the Crab Town community, Aberdeen, Freetown.
The event attracts community leaders such as the Aberdeen councilor, women’s leaders, youth leaders, people struggling with addictions, and the community people at large.
We want to thank everyone who participated, especially Dr. Emmanuel Saffa Abdulai , who excellently graced this event.
We therefore appeal to the government, donors/partners to join us in the fight against drug abuse among young people and create a mentally well society for sustainable development.
